## Resource

Nick is joined by Mirror man David Yates to look at today’s racing headlines from across the globe. They are joined first today by trainer John Gosden, who takes Nick down memory lane through his peerless record in the Cambridgeshire, this weekend’s signature handicap, in which he is again well represented. Gosden also has a positive bulletin on stable star Ombudsman, who could yet take in the Champion Stakes. Also today, Dale Gibson remembers popular former jockey and ‘Cock o’The North’ John Lowe, who died today aged 75. Plus, Clive Cox on Orthodox’s bid to give the trainer a third Middle Park Stakes, Dan Barber on Timeform’s top rated Sheikh Ahmed horses plus the season’s biggest improvers, and - from Australia - Craig Williams joins the show to discuss his Melbourne Cup ride on James J Braddock and his current star Sir Delius.
