## Resource

Injuries to Matt Savoie and Mattias Janmark have opened the door for Isaac Howard and Josh Samanski to seize their shot at a full-time Oilers roster spot. Samanski, with Olympic experience alongside Draisaitl and AHL seasoning, is gaining confidence from veteran mentorship. Howard, aiming for top-six status after a strong AHL season, is focused on refining his game and making a lasting impression. Both players are laser-focused on proving they’re ready to thrive in Edmonton’s competitive camp — this is their moment to shine and stake their claim as the team’s future.
