## Resource

The Canucks just locked down Zeev Buium with an eight-year, $9.38M/year contract — a massive bet on his future potential. Still early in his pro career with just 76 games and 26 points, Buium dazzled at Denver and led them to a national title in 2024, also shining at the World Juniors. While the deal raises eyebrows, it mirrors past successes like Slafkovsky’s — the league pays for what players will become, not what they’ve done. With the cap rising, this could be a steal. It’s a bold statement: Vancouver’s rebuilding with confidence in Buium as a cornerstone star. Listen in comfort: Get a discount on a Soli Pillow: http://solipillow.com/discount/dnn.
