## Resource

The Minnesota Vikings are keeping J.J. McCarthy despite his shaky start, thanks to a hefty $4.85M guaranteed payout if cut before 2026—and because he’s a locker-room favorite who’s already posted a 6-4 record as a starter. Drafted 10th in 2024, McCarthy missed his rookie season with injury and started just 10 games last year with middling stats. With Kyler Murray now the starter and Carson Wentz also on board, rumors swirled about his future—but for now, he’s staying, possibly even starting as QB3. The team may trade him later if the right deal comes along, especially since his contract expires after 2027. Listen in comfort: Get a discount on a Soli Pillow: http://solipillow.com/discount/dnn.
