## Resource

The Steelers are shaking up their roster and coaching staff after years of solid regular seasons without a Super Bowl. They’ve fired Mike Tomlin, whose 19-year streak of never having a losing season ends — but playoff success has eluded them since 2016. Enter Mike McCarthy, who brings similar playoff struggles despite winning records — a curious hire. On the field, they’ve added Michael Pittman Jr., a reliable short-route receiver with strong yards-after-catch skills, and tight end Darnell Washington, a big-play threat who can turn quick passes into big gains. With an aging Aaron Rodgers and a defense showing signs of fatigue, expectations remain high for another competitive season — but deep playoff runs may still be out of reach.
