## Resource

Baker Mayfield just got a massive three-year, $165 million extension with Tampa Bay — $110M guaranteed — after months of stalled talks. The Bucs are betting big on his explosive 2023 season: 4,500+ yards, 41 TDs, and elite efficiency stats. But don’t ignore the red flags: inconsistency, injury history, and risky scrambles. Still, with two NFC South titles and deep playoff runs under his belt, Tampa’s choosing stability over risk — trusting that his supporting cast elevates him. This is a high-stakes gamble on a high-variance QB. Listen in comfort: Get a discount on a Soli Pillow: http://solipillow.com/discount/dnn.
