## Resource

Christian Washington and the Jaguars are stuck without a new deal heading into the season, despite his career-best year and reported talks around a three-year, $75M contract. With this his final year on his rookie deal, negotiations are on pause — but not dead. A long-term extension could still emerge after the season starts, as both sides wait to find common ground. For now, Washington plays on his current contract while fans watch for a potential blockbuster resolution later.
