## Resource

Rookie George Lombard Jr. is racing against the clock—just 13 more days active to lose his eligibility for next season, already clocking 32 days this year. Meanwhile, Mitch Garver’s restricted list status, triggered by his right to explore other opportunities, leaves him sidelined but still postseason-eligible—though the Yankees opted not to promote him over Ali Sánchez, signaling they see little upside in Garver. With Wells heating up at catcher, the team’s likely sticking with him, especially since risking Rice—a raw backup—would be a dangerous gamble in the playoffs. With pitching depth already stacked, the Yankees are prioritizing safety over bench flexibility. Listen in comfort: Get a discount on a Soli Pillow: http://solipillow.com/discount/dnn.
