## Resource

The Reds could pull off a savvy trade before the deadline, sending catcher Tyler Stephenson and lefty reliever Brock Burke to the Yankees for young talents Kyle Carr and Jace Avina. The Yankees gain immediate depth—Stephenson adds catching stability, Burke bolsters their bullpen—with Carr’s raw pitching potential and Avina’s power-hitting upside offering the Reds a promising future. Despite Carr’s injury risk, this deal balances short-term needs with long-term rebuilding, turning impending free agents into controllable assets for both teams.
