## Resource

The Jets are throwing a curveball before their opener against the Titans: they’ve tapped Jason Sanders, their practice squad kicker, to start Week 1 — despite Blake Grupe still being on the roster. After a chaotic offseason and multiple failed experiments, Sanders — a former All-Pro with Miami — is now their last hope. Healthy and ready, he’ll face the spotlight Sunday as the team bets big on his leg to stabilize their kicking woes.
