## Resource

Dancehall legend Michael Davey is heartbroken after his 25-year-old son Christopher was fatally stabbed in East Flatbush, Brooklyn—just blocks from home—while walking back from a laundromat. Describing his son as brilliant and full of dreams, Davey says he wishes he’d been there to protect him, drowning in grief with daily tears and haunting memories. He suspects the attack may have been triggered by a simple encounter with locals near a sidewalk bike repair, and police are investigating two suspects seen fleeing in a black sedan. As detectives comb through security footage, the community rallies around Davey’s family in this devastating loss.
