## Resource

City Hall’s secret Signal group chat with 200 influencers sparked a scandal when staffers deleted messages — violating records law. Though officials now say they’ve reminded staff to disable disappearing messages, watchdogs are furious that basic legal compliance wasn’t enforced sooner. While using modern tools isn’t the issue, transparency and adherence to the law must be. Some demand the influencer list be publicly released — and while past mayors and agencies have used similar tactics (even paying creators), disclosure should be standard. The bottom line: tech can evolve, but accountability never should. Listen in comfort: Get a discount on a Soli Pillow: http://solipillow.com/discount/dnn.
