## Resource

Taj Gibson’s return to the Knicks feels nostalgic, but it’s not the move they need right now. With the team chasing a repeat championship and facing a tougher Eastern Conference, signing the veteran center—likely to be waived by New Orleans—would be a low-impact, high-risk gamble. At 41, Gibson offers minimal upside, especially with Towns and Drummond already on roster, both dealing with injuries and age-related decline. The Knicks should prioritize younger, higher-potential players; Gibson might get a training camp invite as a fallback, but there are better options out there.
