## Resource

Nikola Jokic, the league’s most unstoppable force, just dropped a major defensive compliment—calling Ivica Zubac and Jusuf Nurkic the toughest guys to guard, joking they’re “chubby like me” and nearly impossible to move. The three-time MVP, who averages 27/12/9 while dominating for five seasons, also praised Rudy Gobert, Jalen Duren, Wendell Carter Jr., and Myles Turner for their elite defensive skills. For the Pacers, hearing Jokic name Zubac first is huge—he was brought in specifically to anchor their defense with his rebounding and physicality. This endorsement from the game’s best player signals Zubac could be the missing piece Indiana needs to turn their defense around.
