From there, things get personal. I talk about realizing I’m likely somewhere on the autism spectrum, why I’m comfortable behind a microphone but painfully awkward in real life, and how burnout, clumsiness, and rage can spiral when your brain is overloaded. And finally, I rant (a little) about the term “dad rock,” why mocking dads for being “lame” is actually mocking emotional growth, and how healthy masculinity doesn’t look like what we were sold growing up.
