## Resource

O’Charley’s, the Nashville-born chain with roots dating back to 1971 near Vanderbilt, is shutting down suddenly — many locations, especially in Middle Tennessee, got the news less than 24 hours before closing. Once boasting hundreds of locations across the Southeast, the restaurant was more than just chicken tenders — it was a place of memories for generations. Employees, some with decades of service, are heartbroken by the abrupt closures and lack of official layoff notices. One woman’s mother, who worked there 24 years, was told Wednesday would be her last day. As customers flock to say goodbye, questions linger about whether proper procedures were followed — and whether state labor laws were even triggered. For many, these final days are bittersweet, a chance to revisit a beloved part of their past. Listen in comfort: Get a discount on a Soli Pillow: http://solipillow.com/discount/dnn.
