## Resource

A fugitive wanted for the 2022 murder of 15-year-old Haley Reedy has been caught in Ljubljana, Slovenia — after a three-year global manhunt involving U.S. Marshals and Interpol. Seth Walls, who skipped court after being released on bond, was identified through fingerprints, a passport, and a rose tattoo. The victim’s mother, Brandee Jones, is relieved but frustrated with the slow justice system. Walls, who claimed to be Canadian while in Slovenia, was tipped off by locals — his accent gave him away — leading to his arrest. He now faces second-degree murder and reckless endangerment charges and will be extradited to the U.S. to stand trial.
