## Resource

Robert Kraft pulls Macklemore from opening for Ed Sheeran at Gillette Stadium after Macklemore’s “Free Palestine” chant sparked controversy, citing past incidents and claiming the performance promotes hate speech. Kraft, a Jewish philanthropist with deep ties to Israel, insists the venue must remain welcoming to all — but not when it comes to what he sees as antisemitic rhetoric. Macklemore counters that supporting Palestine isn’t antisemitic, arguing the term is being weaponized to shield Israel from accountability. While Kraft offers to talk, Macklemore’s team remains silent — leaving fans divided and the music world watching closely as two artists clash over politics, peace, and perception.
