## Resource

A TikTok star, her lawyer dad, and ex-boyfriend are facing life sentences after allegedly plotting to hire a hitman to kill singer Jack Avery — the father of her seven-year-old daughter — in a case rooted in a bitter custody war. Prosecutors say the trio saw Avery as an obstacle and escalated from legal battles to surveillance and murder-for-hire plans using dark web and crypto channels. The influencer’s defense claims she played little role, blaming her co-defendants for shifting blame.
