## Resource

Following the sudden disappearance of Matthew Johnson, a Utah National Guardsman, investigators launched a thorough search that ultimately focused on his wife, Jennifer Gledhill. Although a judge previously denied Gledhill's request for a protective order, authorities soon discovered blood evidence and signs of a meticulous cleanup inside the couple's master bedroom, alongside the suspicious purchase of a new mattress. The investigation escalated dramatically after a friend of Gledhill came forward to report that she had confessed to shooting her husband in his sleep and burying his body. Consequently, law enforcement arrested Gledhill outside her home on suspicion of murder and evidence tampering, leaving their three children in the care of a relative while she remains held without bail.
