## Resource

A tragic incident in Adams County, Ohio, resulted in the death of a two-year-old toddler named Lilith Burkhart due to suffocation. Her mother, Tienne Hawkins, and the mother's boyfriend, Brian Moser, were subsequently arrested and indicted by a grand jury on multiple felony charges, including murder and child endangerment. According to the prosecuting attorney, the young victim and her siblings suffered severe physical abuse over a period of several months under the guise of parental discipline. Both suspects pleaded not guilty during their arraignments and are currently held in jail under high-cash bonds as the legal proceedings and investigation continue.
