## Resource

The episode detail the tragic murder of Shanti Dixon, a thirty-year-old mother from Indianapolis who vanished after taking a late-night rideshare from work. Her family used a phone tracking application to locate her body in a wooded area, discovering she had suffered a fatal gunshot wound to the temple. Investigators quickly focused on her Uber driver, Francisco Valadez, who initially blamed a fictional carjacker before repeatedly changing his narrative during police interviews. Valadez ultimately confessed to shooting Dixon after she rejected his sexual advances, and he was subsequently arrested and charged with murder. Legal experts and psychological professionals on the program analyzed the brutal details of the crime, the horrifying realities of necrophilia, and the rising safety concerns surrounding the rideshare industry.
