## Resource

This episode details the harrowing case of Taylor Renee Parker, a Texas woman who fabricated a pregnancy for months to deceive her boyfriend. To maintain this facade, Parker brutally murdered her acquaintance, Reagan Simmons Hancock, and forcibly removed the unborn child from the victim's body. The text outlines the police investigation, including a roadside traffic stop where Parker claimed to have just given birth and subsequent hospital interrogations that exposed her medical impossibility of pregnancy. Investigators revealed that Parker’s actions were part of a premeditated scheme involving online research into C-sections and a fake bomb threat intended to delay her "induction." Ultimately, the account concludes with Parker’s capital murder conviction and her sentence to death row in Texas.
