Today I'm sharing a solo episode about rest. Over the years as a human who listens(!), also as a coach and space holder, I've noticed many people have different opinions and feelings about 'rest'. These can be influenced by family and upbringing, culture and society, workplaces — and toxic cults to be honest... 'Rest' is such an interesting topic and I'm recording this episode slightly unwell, so it seemed fitting so record a short episode on what I've mostly been doing today.
