Get your MTM Vegas merch! https://mtmvegas.shop The Strat's fall promo might be the best room deal in Vegas right now: $49 weekdays including taxes and resort fees, with a $50 resort credit that essentially pays for the night, and we walked it all the way to the booking screen to make sure it is real. Also this week, the creepiest Circus Circus commercial ever made, part of a 1998 in-room video full of murderous clown energy, fake news segments, and a $17.95 steak special. Shawn spent Labor Day weekend at Resorts World and comes back with a Save the Golden Monkey plea, a Crockfords tease for Friday's show, and a first visit to Vegas' newest casino, Club Fortune North, where the $100 loss rebate worked exactly as promised on his wife's birthday. Plus Hard Rock Tampa stuffed a thousand slot machines into a convention hall, Nevada somehow ranks 45th among the best states to live, a Venezuelan lunch just north of the Strat, Chris Holmes' secret dining spots above the Grand Canal Shoppes, and the guitar tower now dominating the center Strip.
