## Resource

In this Faith Friday edition of Morning Manna, Rick Wiles and Doc Burkhart begin a new three-week series, Scarlet Thread Faith: The Faith of Unlikely People. The series opens with Rahab, a Canaanite prostitute living in a city marked for destruction. She had no covenant, no Scripture, no prophet, and no personal encounter with the God of Israel. She had only heard what God had done, yet she believed. While everyone in Jericho heard the same reports and trembled, Rahab reached a different conclusion: “the LORD your God, he is God in heaven above, and in earth beneath.” Her faith became action when she risked everything and hung the scarlet cord from her window. This is the story of unlikely faith, obedient faith, and a scarlet thread of hope that points ultimately to redemption through Jesus Christ.
