## Resource

WestJet flight attendants, represented by CUPE, are poised to strike as early as Sunday, May 21st—over 1,600 workers ready to walk off the job after hitting an impasse in contract talks since February. The union says they’ve negotiated in good faith but are prepared to escalate if no deal emerges. WestJet insists it’s committed to avoiding disruption and hopes to reach an agreement soon, with a crucial negotiation scheduled for Friday.
