## Resource

Montreal Canadiens lock in their rising star Alex Newhook with a four-year, $5.55M/season extension — a bold move signaling confidence in his future role. Despite injury hiccups, Newhook’s speed, skill, and clutch postseason play (including two Game 7 winners) have made him indispensable. With a Stanley Cup ring already under his belt at just 25, he brings championship DNA to the roster — exactly what the Canadiens need as they build for tomorrow.
