## Resource

Bolton Valley hosted VMBA Days this past Saturday, a six-year-old event series designed to break down barriers and welcome newcomers to downhill mountain biking—with guided rides, beginner clinics, a scavenger hunt, and even a lift to the top. This year’s focus is on inclusivity, partnering with Vermont Adaptive and Unlikely Riders to ensure people with disabilities and people of color have equal access. Joe Gaynor of VMBA highlighted the diverse crowd—from teen racers to first-timers—showing the sport’s broad appeal. It’s the second-to-last stop of the 2026 season, with the finale set for September 19th in Poultney. A powerful reminder that mountain biking is for everyone, no matter your background or experience.
