## Resource

David Beckham is passionately arguing that Lionel Messi, at 39, deserves another Ballon dOr—highlighting his dazzling performance in Inter Miami’s Campeones Cup win, where he scored and assisted, alongside his unmatched trophy haul of 49. Beckham insists Messi’s World Cup brilliance proves his excellence isn’t luck, outshining rivals like Mbappé and Kane. Teammate Casemiro echoes this, calling Messi’s impact “anything is possible,” especially on the global stage. With Messi still under contract through 2028, Beckham sees a bright future for Inter Miami, fueled by a new coach, star power, and Messi’s post-retirement equity stake—all aimed at adding more trophies to his legendary legacy.
