## Resource

Arizona’s pitching rotation is back in action as Zac Gallen and Michael Soroka return from injury to face the Royals in a potential sweep. Gallen starts, but it’s a “piggyback” setup — Soroka follows him on the mound. To make room, reliever Kade Strowd and pitcher Blake Walston (who earned the win last night) are sent down to Triple-A. Gallen’s elbow issue sidelined him since July and may have masked his recent struggles; Soroka battled multiple injuries but showed promise earlier this season. With Corbin Burnes also healthy, Arizona now boasts six starting pitchers — and both Strowd and Walston remain postseason-ready.
