## Resource

Jonathan Kuminga’s big move to the Minnesota Timberwolves marks a dramatic shift from his time with the Warriors, where he struggled to fit into Stephen Curry’s offense. Now, with Anthony Edwards as the focal point and LaMelo Ball, Jaden McDaniels, and Rudy Gobert already locked in, Kuminga steps into a supporting role — one that prioritizes defense and versatility over scoring. What sealed the deal? Edwards personally recruited him, emphasizing Minnesota’s defensive identity — something Kuminga embraced. Trading his ball-dominant role for a two-year, $12.4M deal, Kuminga is betting on growth, not glory, as the Wolves look to unlock his full potential without forcing him into the spotlight.
