## Resource

Jonathan Kuminga’s Minnesota gamble is unraveling fast—his agent hinted he’s eyeing bigger contracts next offseason, possibly with Sacramento or Chicago. Signed as a “prove-it” player for $6.4M, Kuminga may decline his option, leaving the Wolves in a tough spot without Bird Rights. While he reportedly picked Minnesota for culture over cash and brings elite defense, concerns linger that he’ll chase stats instead of team success. His path to a max deal? Embrace a Gordon-like role—unless his camp’s already looking elsewhere, this could be a risky bet for both sides.
