## Resource

The Timberwolves pulled off a savvy, under-the-radar trade: sending Josh Green to Utah for Cody Williams and John Konchar. It was all about cap space to finalize Jonathan Kuminga’s big contract — Green’s salary fit the bill perfectly. While Green was a solid 3-and-D wing, Minnesota had depth and future stars like Dosunmu and Shannon Jr., plus a new draft pick in Evans. The real gem? Cody Williams, a young, athletic 21-year-old with Jaden McDaniels-like tools who struggled in Utah but could thrive in Minnesota’s system. With more open looks and better coaching, Williams might blossom into a key piece — turning what seemed like a financial move into a potential franchise-altering win.
