## Resource

Federal authorities are suing Minneapolis-based Gold Star Distribution and its owner over years of horrific warehouse conditions—rodent droppings, live birds, worms even on products like infant formula, Tylenol, pet food, and pregnancy tests. Despite losing their license in 2025 and repeated inspections dating back to 2012, the company kept operating. Their cleanup claims fell short, prompting the government to seek a court order permanently shutting them down until they prove full compliance with safety laws.
