## Resource

A Minnesota hay shed turned wedding venue is in legal hot water after officials discovered it’s been hosting events without a permit — and the owner’s now claiming he’s not subject to local laws. Despite a court order requiring driveway and stormwater upgrades by October 6th, the owner allegedly hosted four events with over 200 cars on site after the deadline was set. Failure to comply could mean fines of $5,000 plus $5,000 weekly, and deputies are authorized to shut down any event. A second hearing is scheduled for October 16th — watch this space.
