## Resource

A shocking lawsuit alleges a 15-year-old girl was brutally sex trafficked at a Brooklyn Center Super 8 hotel in 2013, forced to service up to 20 men daily while staff ignored signs of abuse — including visible bruises and blood-stained linens. She escaped by sending a help message via her trafficker’s laptop, leading to arrests. Now she seeks damages from the hotel’s former owners and franchise. The same property recently drew police attention in a massive raid targeting prostitution, trafficking, drugs, and guns — described by Chief Garett Flesland as one of his most complex cases. Though no current staff are confirmed under investigation, authorities vow to leave no stone unturned as this case exposes deep failures in hospitality safety and accountability.
