We also talk about moving away from the all-or-nothing mentality that can make runners feel like they have to follow their training plan perfectly, even when life, stre… ## Actions - request_transcript: `POST https://stenobird.com/v1/public/podcasts/mindful-marathon-podcast-7011584/episodes/ep-101-sleep-is-part-of-your-training-why-runners-need-more-recovery-with-dr-funke-afolabi-brown-dr-michelle-quirk/transcription-requests` — Idempotently request low-priority transcript generation for this episode. - read_markdown: `GET https://stenobird.com/podcast/mindful-marathon-podcast-7011584/ep-101-sleep-is-part-of-your-training-why-runners-need-more-recovery-with-dr-funke-afolabi-brown-dr-michelle-quirk.md` — Read the agent-friendly Markdown representation of this episode resource.
