## Resource

A Florida woman thought she snagged a great internet deal—only to be blindsided by a $4,000 bill after her provider secretly switched her to a slower, limited plan. Struggling to work from home and unable to resolve it alone, she finally got help—and the massive charge was erased within a week. This is a stark reminder: always read the fine print, and if you’re on an unlimited plan, the provider must honor it—or you’re owed a refund.
