## Resource

Miami Hurricanes are making a bold move to land top-tier talent from California, adding four-star cornerback Jordan Hicks to their recruiting radar ahead of the big Florida State showdown. Ranked 20 among cornerbacks and 15 in California, Hicks brings elite versatility—playing both corner and safety—with 62 tackles and 5 interceptions last season. Coming from the same high school as Miami’s Vance Spafford, he’s already impressed by the Canes’ defensive scheme. With his top eight schools including USC, Oregon, and Alabama, this visit is a crucial moment—and Miami’s push to keep winning on the West Coast is heating up.
