## Resource

Miami’s Darian Mensah is now the Heisman frontrunner after a jaw-dropping opening week, going 90% for over 400 yards and five touchdowns, while teammate Malachi Toney shattered a school record with 234 receiving yards and three TDs. Mensah’s odds plummeted from 13-1 to 5.5-1, and Toney’s jumped from 40-1 to 15-1, tying him with top receivers. Notre Dame’s CJ Carr, still winless, now sits second. Meanwhile, other QBs with strong starts are falling behind, and Bryce Underwood’s controversial Hail Mary—followed by a clock adjustment and game-winning TD—may have saved his campaign, though he’s still at 40-1. The Heisman race is already heating up, with early surprises and dramatic shifts setting the stage for a wild season.
