## Resource

Two rising college football stars are igniting Heisman hype early: Jeremiah Smith of Ohio State and Malachi Toney of Miami. Toney dazzled in a win over Stanford with 12 catches for 230 yards and 3 TDs, even striking a Heisman pose mid-celebration. Smith matched that energy in his team’s opener, hauling in 8 catches for 150+ yards and 2 scores — also posing like the trophy. Social media is already buzzing about their friendly rivalry, with fans calling their performances “peak” and predicting a generational battle for both the Heisman and Biletnikoff Award. Toney, last year’s ACC Rookie of the Year, is already breaking school records — and both players are proving they’re unstoppable forces to watch all season.
