## Resource

Two young men, Thomas Nickels and Alexander Alcantar, are facing serious charges after allegedly posing as police officers, terrorizing civilians with guns, and using their own body cameras to document violent encounters — even recruiting new members for their rogue security group. Videos show them confronting people at parties and in vehicles, making threats, and creating widespread fear. Both have prior backgrounds — Nickels was fired from a corrections job, Alcantar is a former Marine — and now face multiple felony counts including aggravated assault and impersonating law enforcement. Authorities believe the group’s activities span across the valley, and more arrests are expected as the investigation deepens.
