## Resource

The U.S. Interior Department just unveiled a bold new plan to slash water deliveries from the Colorado River, hitting Arizona, California, and Nevada—with Arizona taking the biggest hit. Replacing outdated 2007 rules that failed to stop reservoirs from plummeting to historic lows, this emergency framework could cut up to three million acre-feet annually for Lower Basin states, nearly double what they proposed themselves. Exact state-by-state cuts are pending but expected soon in a two-year operating plan. Arizona officials warn the proposed reductions could devastate agriculture, cities, and the economy as drought worsens. With Lake Mead and Lake Powell teetering on collapse, this federal move aims to prevent cascading crises—threatening not just water access but also vital electricity generation. The clock is ticking as millions depend on this river’s survival. Listen in comfort: Get a discount on a Soli Pillow: http://solipillow.com/discount/dnn.
