## Resource

A high-stakes legal drama over a Toorak mansion ends with Venus Behbahani-Clark losing her claim to the property, despite alleging she was promised it by her sister and billionaire fiancé Alex Waislitz. The court found no evidence of deception, while Waislitz and his fiancée called her conduct “disgraceful.” Her legal team disputes the ruling, citing a contract clause, but her troubles aren’t over—she’s also facing criminal charges for allegedly stealing a phone and skipping court, now with an arrest warrant hanging over her.
