## Resource

The White Australia Party, once the National Socialist Network, is in court facing a high-stakes battle over whether it should be banned as a modern Nazi threat. The government argues its leader’s criminal history and inflammatory rhetoric prove it poses real danger, while the group claims the ban violates free speech and separation of powers, citing past rulings that blocked similar bans. Officials say their rebranding as a political party is a smokescreen to avoid legal action, but the defense insists a full ban is an overreach — likening it to wielding a sledgehammer — and warns it could empower politicians to silence dissent. The case hinges on whether public safety justifies letting lawmakers decide who can speak. Listen in comfort: Get a discount on a Soli Pillow: http://solipillow.com/discount/dnn.
