## Resource

Alan Jones faces 22 serious charges including indecent assault and sexual touching, with allegations spanning six men. Pleading not guilty, the case unfolds in court as a key loyal friend takes the stand—claiming no memory of a 2008 Mosman lunch where incidents allegedly occurred and insisting he’s never seen Jones behave inappropriately. But cross-examination reveals this same friend sent texts defending Jones, calling the journalist who exposed the story “sick,” and even labeled the accusations a “witch hunt.” He also called Jones “the greatest broadcaster there’s ever been” and “the love of my life.” The courtroom grapples with loyalty vs. truth as testimony continues to unfold in Downing Centre Local Court.
