## Resource

A hundred million dollar Ponzi scheme tied to a law firm in Ivanhoe is unraveling after the death of its mastermind, John Adams. His sons, Chris and Nick, are now central to the investigation—neither accused, but both revealing critical details. Nick allegedly retrieved a mysterious folder from their father’s office shortly after his passing, containing only account numbers and company names, yet Chris insists it was meant to explain “everything.” Chris, who analyzed financial records and discovered suspicious money flows and odd mortgage registrations, believes the scheme was real—and that his brother’s visit was specifically to grab that folder. More documents surfaced later from the office, but Chris thinks Nick had already handed them over. Public hearings loom, and investigators are still hunting for Adams’ laptop, as they dig deeper into how this massive fraud operated.
