Before Hugh Jackman and Patrick Stewart reinvented the superhero movie in the year 2000, Marvel teamed up with the Fox Network to make this low budget 1996 TV movie. Jubilee, Emma Frost, Banshee, and a whole host of young X-Men characters were brought to live-action for the very first time, but with a budget so low the action and special effects became painful to watch.
