## Resource

This theological reflection explores the connection between human sensory perception and the moral obligation to do good. The speaker explains that humans acquire knowledge through their physical senses, which allows them to form abstract thoughts. This is contrasted with the direct spiritual knowledge of angels.Drawing from the Gospel of Luke, the reflection describes how Jesus healed a man with a withered hand on the Sabbath, challenging the Pharisees’ rigid legalism with a clear appeal to common sense. The narrative emphasizes that doing good is always lawful, regardless of the day or religious restrictions. Finally, the reflection warns against the destructive nature of envy and urges listeners to celebrate the successes and talents of others rather than harbor resentment.
